目的研究茯萆通胶囊抗痛风的药效学作用。方法采用热板法、醋酸扭体法观察该药对小鼠的镇痛作用;采用小鼠腹腔注射组胺,尾静脉注射伊文思蓝观察对抗炎性渗出的作用;尿酸钠结晶注射大鼠踝关节的方法,建立大鼠急性踝关节炎模型,观察该药的消肿作用;采用氧嗪酸钾盐腹腔注射造成小鼠高尿酸血症,观察该药对血清尿酸水平及黄嘌呤氧化酶水平的影响。结果茯萆通胶囊镇痛、抗炎、抗高尿酸血症作用明显。结论茯萆通胶囊具有较好的抗痛风作用。
Objective To study the pharmacodynamic effects of Fuli Tong capsule on gout. Methods The hot plate method and acetic acid writhing method were used to observe the analgesic effect of this medicine on mice. The mice were injected intraperitoneally with histamine, and Evans blue was used to observe the anti-inflammatory exudation. Mouse ankle joint method to establish acute ankle arthritis model in rats to observe the swelling of the drug; the use of oxonic acid potassium intraperitoneal injection of mice caused by hyperuricemia, the drug observed on serum uric acid levels and xanthine oxidation Effect of enzyme level. Results Fubao Tong capsule analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-hyperuricemia obvious effect. Conclusion Fugu Tong capsule has good anti-gout effect.
