目的探讨老年单纯性收缩期高血压临床特点及治疗方法。方法对我科近几年收治的140例老年单纯性收缩期高血压患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果老年单纯性收缩期高血压特点具有血压波动大,易产生体位性低血压,恢复慢;合并症和并发症多;病情重死亡率高等特殊性。结论选择合适的降压药物,以小剂量、口服为宜,并针对并发症采取综合治疗,可取得满意的临床效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment of isolated systolic hypertension in the elderly. Methods The clinical data of 140 elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension in our department in recent years were analyzed retrospectively. The results of simple systolic hypertension in elderly patients with large fluctuations in blood pressure, easy to produce orthostatic hypotension, slow recovery; complications and complications; severe cases of high mortality and other special. Conclusion Select appropriate antihypertensive drugs, in small doses, oral appropriate, and the comprehensive treatment of complications, can achieve satisfactory clinical results.
