知识型员工一般具有较高的个人素质,拥有较高的学历和其他方面的能力素养,不再只是出卖劳动力的“机械”;他们不仅对专业领域,而且对经济、管理等都有较多的认识,掌握着最新的技术。设计和建立一套科学且符合研发机构特点的知识型员工胜任力标准与体系,对于提升研发能力、提高研发机构的运作效率是一个关键的课题。
