本文从C~3I系统的发展,以至形成C~4I系统的演变过程,探讨了世界上新兴的特种部队——数字化部队的诞生。为适应特种部队的需要,美军对总体C~3I系统进行了调整。同时基于21世纪战场的特点,制订了新的陆军作战指挥系统ABCS(Army Battle Commad Sys-tem)。针对21世纪的战场以及世界军事的变化,我国从国防建设的实际出发,应相应地制订和改变我军的C~3I策略和计划,以适应未来战争的需要。
In this paper, the evolution of C ~ 3I system and the evolution of C ~ 4I system are discussed, and the birth of the emerging special forces in the world, the digital army, is discussed. To meet the needs of the special forces, the U.S. military has adjusted its overall C-3I system. At the same time, based on the characteristics of the 21st century battlefield, a new Army Battle Commander System ABCS (Army Battle Commad Sys-tem) was formulated. In response to the battlefields in the 21st century and changes in the world’s military affairs, our country should, from the reality of national defense construction, formulate and change the C-3I tactics and plans of our armed forces accordingly so as to meet the needs of future wars.
