泉州湾跨海大桥主桥组合梁采用整体节段安装、节段间桥面板胶拼等全新施工工艺,国内尚无实施先例。考虑到钢梁制造误差、组合梁总拼误差以及安装阶段局部变形等不利因素,整体节段匹配连接将是技术难题,为此开展组合梁整体节段悬臂拼装足尺模型试验。试验确定了整体节段桥面板剪力键及钢套管对位优先、钢箱梁顶板栓接次之、环焊最后匹配连接的原则,测试结果表明已成梁段与被吊梁段匹配口相对变形最大为2.5mm,较之理论计算值偏小。
Quanzhou Bay Bridge main girder composite girders using the whole segment installation, such as cross-section bridge between the plastic construction of a new construction technology, there is no precedent for the implementation of the country. Considering the manufacturing error of the steel beam, the total assembling error of the composite beam and the local deformation during the installation, the overall segment matching connection will be a technical problem. For this purpose, the full-scale model test of the integral segment cantilever assembly of the composite beam is carried out. The test confirmed that the overall segment deck slab key and steel casing alignment priority, the steel box girder roof bolting followed by the last matching ring welding principle, the test results show that the beam has been beam section and the mouth of the match section The maximum relative deformation is 2.5mm, which is smaller than the theoretical value.
