本文用全概率公式和概率分布母函数的性质,推导了考虑不等反应活性和取代效应的星形聚合物的分子量分布、平均聚合度、支化度分布和平均支化度等分子结构参数。以三种三官能度偶联剂与活性预聚体的偶联反应作为特例,讨论了不等反应活性和取代效应对星形聚合物分子量分布和分散度的影响,结果指出,当偶联反应不完全时,上述两类效应对星形分子的平均性质有明显影响;当偶联反应接近完全时(反应程度高于90%),不等反应活性和取代效应的影响几乎可以忽略。
In this paper, the molecular structure parameters such as molecular weight distribution, average degree of polymerization, degree of branching degree and mean degree of branching of star polymers with unequal reaction activity and substitution effect were derived by using the full probability formula and the properties of probability distribution function. The coupling reaction of three kinds of trifunctional coupling agent with active prepolymer is taken as a special case to discuss the effect of unequal reaction activity and substitution effect on the molecular weight distribution and dispersion of star polymer. The results show that when the coupling reaction Incomplete, these two types of effects on the average nature of the star molecules have a significant impact; when the coupling reaction is nearly complete (the degree of reaction is higher than 90%), unequal reaction activity and the effect of substitution is almost negligible.
