目的比较土家药头顶一颗珠不同使用条件(炮制、配伍、超微粉与水煎液)对小鼠的急性毒性。方法按Bliss法要求,求得头顶一颗珠水煎液、醋炙品水煎液的LD50,对于无法获得LD50值的头顶一颗珠超微粉、天珠散超微粉、天珠散水煎液,则进行最大耐受量实验。结果头顶一颗珠水煎剂的LD50值为110.4g·kg-1,95%可信区间为90.9~137.1 g·kg-1,头顶一颗珠超微粉的MTD>9 g·kg-1,头顶一颗珠炮制品水煎液的LD50为131.0 g·kg-1,95%可信区间92.6~174.3 g·kg-1,天珠散水煎液的MTD>112.5 g·kg-1,天珠散超微粉的MTD>9 g·kg-1。结论头顶一颗珠为土家族有毒药材,炮制和配伍能降低其毒性,超微粉制剂能减少用药量,从而提高其安全性。

Superfine powder MTD> 9 g · kg-1. Conclusion A bead in the top of the head is a poisonous drug from Tujia. Processing and compatibility can reduce its toxicity. Superfine powder can reduce dosage and improve its safety.
