目的:观察补肾助孕方治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的疗效。方法:将90例多囊卵巢综合征不孕的患者随机分为中药组、西药组和中西医结合组三组,分别运用补肾助孕方、克罗米芬、补肾助孕方加克罗米芬治疗,观察治疗后子宫内膜厚度、受孕月(研究结束月)卵泡大小、受孕率。结果:中药组和中西医结合组的患者子宫内膜厚度较西药组有明显改善(P<0.05);受孕(研究结束)月的卵泡长、宽西药组和中西医结合组均大于中药组(P<0.017);中西医结合组受孕率要明显高于中药组和西药组(P<0.05)。结论:口服补肾助孕方可改善克罗米芬的抗雌激素作用,改善子宫内膜厚度,促使卵泡发育,从而提高妊娠率。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of Bushen Zhuyun Decoction in treating infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: 90 cases of infertility women with PCOS were randomly divided into three groups: traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine group. The patients were treated with Bushenfuxin Recipe, clomiphene citrate, Endometrial thickness after treatment, pregnancy month (end of study) follicle size, pregnancy rate. Results: The thickness of endometrium in patients with traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine was significantly improved compared with those in western medicine group (P <0.05). The lengths of follicle length, wide western medicine group and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group in pregnancy (end of study) P <0.017). The conception rate of integrative medicine group was significantly higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bushenzhufu oral administration can improve the anti-estrogen effect of clomiphene, improve the thickness of the endometrium, promote follicular development, and thus improve the pregnancy rate.
