腹腔镜是一项不需开刀的微创手术,由此决定了它的器械构造与精密度及成套仪器的配合.因而,价格昂贵的腹腔镜器械在消毒、使用中的保养有别于普通器械.我院自1997年2月以来,引进美国百特医疗器械公司生产的成套腹腔镜器械,己开展各类腹腔镜手术180余例临床效果满意.本文介绍了手术室在使用器械时的术前消毒准备、术中使用、术毕处理,特别强调了精密部位的保护及保养方法.现将体会报告如下:
Laparoscopy is a minimally invasive surgery that does not require surgery, which determines its device configuration and precision, as well as the complete set of instruments. Therefore, expensive laparoscopic instruments are different from ordinary instruments in disinfection and use. Since February 1997 in our hospital, we have introduced a complete set of laparoscopic instruments manufactured by Baxter Medical Devices, Inc. We have performed more than 180 clinical outcomes for all types of laparoscopic surgery. This article describes the preoperative use of operating instruments in the operating room. Disinfection preparation, intraoperative use, and postoperative treatment, with particular emphasis on the protection and maintenance of precision parts, are now reported as follows:
