新一轮东北振兴如何推进?新的动力引擎如何打造?3月28日,一场名为“改革与创新——新常态下求解东北振兴”的研讨会在沈阳举行。来自国内的知名区域经济专家和学者把脉东北,问诊难题,为老工业基地走出困境开方、支招。症状一:工业+投资从统计数据看会更加直观。从2003年到2012年,东北三省地区国内生产总值翻了两番多,年均增速达12.7%。但在拉动经济的“三驾马车”中,投资一枝独秀,对经济贡献率超过60%。
How to Promote a New Round of Northeast Revival? How to Build a New Power Engine? On March 28, a seminar called “Reform and Innovation - Solving the Revival of Northeast China under the New Normal” was held in Shenyang. Well-known regional economic experts and scholars from the country take the pulse of the northeast and ask questions for diagnosis and help the old industrial bases out of their predicament. Symptom 1: Industrial + investment from the statistical data will be more intuitive. From 2003 to 2012, the gross domestic product of the three northeastern provinces more than quadrupled with an average annual growth rate of 12.7%. However, in the economic “troika”, the investment is outstanding and its contribution to the economy is over 60%.
