鼠伤寒沙门氏菌感染(下称鼠伤寒)临床表现多不特异,颇易误诊。现将四医大一院误诊28例与空军西安医院误诊22例合并分析如下。临床资料1.一般资料男31例,女19例,男:女为1.6:1。年龄最小26天,最大56岁,12岁以下44例,其中2岁以内28例。全年均有发病,但以5—8月较多,占50%。2.入院病日发病4天内入院者24例,占
