对于承受大荷载的小桩径桩基的静载试验,采用传统堆载或锚桩提供反力,实现难度较大,故对于鲤鱼沱大桥桩基,采用静载自平衡试验。通过自平衡试验,对荷载箱埋设、组合千斤顶和油表率定、加载和卸载、单桩竖向承载力计算等关键过程予以控制。试验表明,试桩3c2,3c4的单桩竖向极限承载力为39 220k N;组合千斤顶和油表率定还需要进一步规范;现有技术条件下,自平衡试验是承受大荷载桩基静载试验的理想选择;在工程桩中开展自平衡试验需要慎重。
For the static load test of pile foundation with large diameter under large load, traditional pile or anchor pile is used to provide reaction force, which is more difficult to realize. Therefore, static load self-balance test is applied to pile foundation of Liyutuo Bridge. Through the self-balancing test, the key process of embedding the load box, determining the combined jack and fuel gauge, loading and unloading, and calculating the vertical bearing capacity of single pile is controlled. The test shows that the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of the single pile of test piles 3c2 and 3c4 is 39 220kN. The combination jack and the fuel gauge need to be further regulated. Under the condition of the prior art, the self-balance test is the static load test The ideal choice; in engineering pile to carry out self-balancing test need to be cautious.
