目的:分析经阴道B超诊断37例宫外孕患者的临床应用价值。方法:将医院2012年8月~2014年5月收治经手术或保守治疗确诊的37例宫外孕患者作为研究对象,患者在治疗前均行阴道超声检查,回顾性分析阴道B超对宫外孕诊断的临床应用价值。结果:本组37例宫外孕患者均经阴道B超正确诊断,诊断合格率为97.30%(36/37),仅有1例发生漏诊。结论:阴道B超诊断宫外孕具有一定的特异性与敏感性,具有较高的应用价值,值得在临床宫外孕的诊断中推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of 37 cases of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: Thirty-seven cases of ectopic pregnancy confirmed by surgery or conservative treatment from August 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. The patients underwent vaginal ultrasound examination before treatment. The clinical data of vaginal B- Value. Results: The 37 cases of ectopic pregnancy in this group were diagnosed by vaginal ultrasound B, the diagnostic yield was 97.30% (36/37), only 1 case of missed diagnosis. Conclusion: Vaginal ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy with a certain specificity and sensitivity, has a high value, it is worth in the diagnosis of clinical ectopic pregnancy to promote the application.
