卵巢癌是死亡率最高的妇科恶性肿瘤卵巢癌是最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一。其发病率在女性生殖道恶性肿瘤中居第3位,但死亡率却占首位。卵巢癌较隐蔽,难于第一时间发现由于卵巢深居盆腔,位置隐蔽,当它发生癌变的早期,并没有特殊的症状,病人往往难以通过自身感觉发现。一旦出现症状,引起警觉时,往往2/3基本上都是癌症晚期。早期卵巢癌5年生存率可以达到90%以上,而晚期患者5年生存率不足30%。
