应用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸萘甲唑啉含量。采用SphersorbCN柱,以0.01mol/L庚烷磺酸钠溶液(用磷酸调pH至3.8)-乙腈(44:56)为流动相。波长UV-280处检测,流速0.8ml/min。在上述色谱条件下,盐酸萘甲唑啉能得到良好分离。该方法简便、快速。外标法定量计算准确,线性范围0.16μg~0.8μg,r-0.9998,RSD=0.37%
Determination of Naphazoline Hydrochloride by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. Using SphersorbCN column, with 0.01mol / L sodium heptane sulfonate solution (adjusted to pH 3.8 with phosphoric acid) - acetonitrile (44:56) as the mobile phase.
