近两年来,国家对房地产业的一系列调控政策,使得房地产中介行业加快了行业洗牌的进程,不仅大量规模较小、不够专业和规范的中介公司纷纷被淘汰,一些具备一定实力和行业影响力的中介品牌公司也面临严酷挑战。面对严格的政策和严峻的市场,中介公司如何调整经营战略求得生存,在稳步发展的基础上做大做强?带着这样的问题我采访了21世纪不动产天津区域分部执行总经理张武以及天津中原物业顾问有限公司三级市场部总监曹海滨。
