研究了多元校正与实验设计相结合,采用内标法以及人工神经元网络法来改善毛细管电泳中未完全分离峰的定量解析。运用所提出的方法,在获得满意的定量分析准确度的同时,也提高了建立分离方法的效率,缩短了分析时间。本文还对不同方法所得结果进行了比较和评估。
The combination of multivariate calibration and experimental design was studied. The internal standard method and artificial neural network method were used to improve the quantitative analysis of incompletely separated peaks in capillary electrophoresis. With the proposed method, while obtaining satisfactory quantitative analysis accuracy, it also improves the efficiency of establishing the separation method and shortens the analysis time. The paper also compares and evaluates the results obtained from different methods.
