Four international telecom operators, including Deutsche Telekom, Orange, SingTel and Telefonica, have announced that they will cooperate on incubator projects and any newly hatched start-up can share four resources and professional support. Four operators hope to accelerate the development of start-ups in Africa, Europe, the Middle East and South Asia. Selected businesses can share network and technical resources, market experience, partners, work facilities and operating agencies of four operators. Some of these businesses also have access to up to a billion mobile client resources. This means for many hatched businesses that the new market is about to open. Earlier,
