6月25日,十届全国人大常委会第十次会议通过,国家主席第十六号主席令公布了《中华人民共和国农业机械化促进法》。这是我国第一部以农业机械化冠名的法律。这标志着农业机械化从法律上正式上升为国家意志。它的施行,使我国农业机械化进入真正的法制时代。这是中国农业机械化发展史上又一个光辉的里程碑。《农业机械化促进法》共分8章35条,核心内容是前6章,涵盖了农机科研、生产、流通、推广、使用、服务,以及省以上政府的扶持措施等。该法条款
