目的:研究肺心平对肺心病肺动脉高压大鼠血管内皮功能的影响,探讨其治疗肺心病肺动脉高压的作用机制。方法:以2%野百合碱按60mg/kg一次性腹腔注射,复制大鼠肺心病肺动脉高压模型,用放免法和比色法测定血中内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)水平。结果:模型组与正常空白对照组比较,血中ET升高,NO明显下降,而中药肺心平组和卡托普利组与模型组比较,血中ET降低,NO上升。结论:肺心平对肺心病肺动脉高压有着较好的治疗作用,其可能的作用机制是肺心平能降低肺心病肺动脉高压大鼠血中ET水平,升高NO水平,调节NO/ET释放平衡,改善内皮功能。
Objective: To study the effect of Feixinping on vascular endothelial function in rats with pulmonary hypertension pulmonary hypertension, and to explore its mechanism of action in treating pulmonary hypertension with pulmonary heart disease. METHODS: Pulmonary hypertension in rats with pulmonary heart disease was replicated by intraperitoneal injection of 2% monocrotaline at a dose of 60 mg/kg. Serum endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) levels were determined by radioimmunoassay and colorimetry. RESULTS: Compared with the normal control group, the blood level of ET increased and the NO significantly decreased in the model group compared with the normal control group. Compared with the model group, the blood ET decreased and the NO increased in the Chinese medicine Feixinping group and captopril group. Conclusion: Feixinping has a good therapeutic effect on pulmonary hypertension of pulmonary heart disease. Its possible mechanism is that Feixinping can reduce the level of ET in blood of rats with pulmonary hypertension, increase NO level, regulate the balance of NO/ET release, and improve Endothelial function.
