目的:观察药物结合物理疗法治疗面神经炎合并糖尿病急性期的临床疗效。方法:将53例急性面神经炎合并糖尿病患者随机分为对照组26例,治疗组27例,对照组采用常规内科治疗+康复锻炼,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用微波和红外线治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为100%,对照组有效率为84.6%。治疗组有效率较对照组有显著提高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微波+红外线治疗面神经炎合并糖尿病疗效确切。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of drug combination physical therapy in the treatment of facial neuritis complicated with acute phase of diabetes. Methods: Fifty-three patients with acute facial neuritis and diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group (n = 26) and treatment group (n = 27). The control group received routine medical treatment and rehabilitation exercise. The treatment group was treated with microwave and infra-red based on the control group. Results: The effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 84.6% in the control group. The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Microwave + infrared treatment of facial neuritis with diabetes is effective.
