良好的成本管理也成为了企业在残酷的市场竞争中制胜的法宝,成本费用管理问题已经严重影响到了企业的健康发展,在这种形势下,对企业的成本费用管理进行探讨就显得尤为重要。本文首先提出了“提高企业经济效益,必须加强成本管理”的观点,其次,结合笔者的实际工作经验,就如何有效提高企业成本管理水平进行了深入的探讨,具有一定的参考价值。
Good cost management has also become a magic weapon in the brutal competition in the market, the cost management issues have seriously affected the healthy development of enterprises in this situation, the cost of the cost management of the company is particularly important.
