本课题所研究的是一种新型的便携式旋风采样器,该采样器具有结构简单、尺寸紧凑、可连续采样等特点,并且由于采用液体采样,因此具有较广泛的浓度适用范围。首先以两相流体力学基础理论为依据,以旋风除尘器工作机理为参考,预先设定了便携式旋风采样器各性能及尺寸参数,并制作出样品。再根据定性分析,制定了试验方案,通过与Andersen采样器的对比试验,对旋风采样器各性能特性进行实证研究,通过对试验数据的定量分析,评价该新型采样器的性能特性。试验结果表明:按预定尺寸制作出来的旋风采样器,采样效率较高,可连续采样,且具有较为广泛的浓度适用范围。
The subject of this study is a new type of portable cyclone sampler, the sampler has a simple structure, compact size, continuous sampling and other characteristics, and because of the liquid sampling, it has a wider scope of concentration. First of all, based on the basic theory of two-phase fluid mechanics and taking the working principle of the cyclone as a reference, the performance and size parameters of the portable cyclone sampler are pre-set and samples are made. According to the qualitative analysis, a test program was developed. By comparing with the Andersen sampler, the performance characteristics of the cyclone sampler were empirically studied. The performance characteristics of the new sampler were evaluated by quantitative analysis of the experimental data. The experimental results show that the cyclone sampler prepared according to the predetermined size has high sampling efficiency and continuous sampling, and has a wide range of concentration applicability.
