采用熔融共混方法制备了3种有机蒙脱土(OMMT)/溶液聚合丁苯橡胶(SSBR)复合材料,研究了其结构形态和力学性能。结果表明:低含量的OMMT可提高硫化胶强度,当OMMT添加量为7 phr时,拉伸强度达最大值;双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵改性蒙脱土(DK4)可显著提高硫化胶断裂伸长率,而十八烷基胺(DK1N)、硬脂基二羟基乙基甲基氯化铵插改性蒙脱土(DK2)填充导致断裂伸长率降低。在硫化过程中,熔融共混法制备的剥离混炼胶中蒙脱土片层重新聚集,形成部分插层型结构。
Three kinds of organic montmorillonite (OMMT) / solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR) composites were prepared by melt blending method. Their structure and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the low content of OMMT can increase the strength of vulcanizates, and the tensile strength reaches the maximum value when the amount of OMMT is 7 phr. The value of DK4 can be significantly increased Improve the elongation at break of vulcanizates, while the addition of stearyldihydroxyethylmethylammonium chloride (DK2N) and stearylamine (DK1N) resulted in the decrease of elongation at break. During the vulcanization process, the montmorillonite layers in the exfoliated rubber prepared by the melt blending process are re-aggregated to form a partially intercalated structure.
