电子资源已经成为高校图书馆馆藏资源的重要组成部分。基于美国研究图书馆协会电子资源评估调查,通过调查结果对美国的电子资源发展进行综述,以此来借鉴国外图书馆获取新型电子资源的方法与途径,依据ARL电子评估调查现状和存在的问题进行分析。通过电子资源的评估调查分析为高校图书馆建设电子信息资源提供参考,从不同角度借鉴联盟采购和图书馆采购方式,以期推进电子资源的共建、知识的共享。
Electronic resources have become an important part of university library collections. Based on the survey of electronic resources of the American Association of Research Libraries, this paper reviews the development of electronic resources in the United States based on the survey results, so as to learn the ways and means of obtaining new electronic resources from foreign libraries. Based on the current situation and existing problems of the ARL electronic assessment survey analysis. Through the investigation and analysis of the evaluation of electronic resources, it provides a reference for the construction of electronic information resources in university libraries and draws lessons from alliance procurement and library procurement from different perspectives so as to promote the construction of electronic resources and the sharing of knowledge.
