在安徽省肥西县,县民政局局长、双拥办主任王广传抓拥军优抚工作远近闻名。他任局长3年,几乎跑遍了全县城乡1000余户优抚对象家庭,广大军烈属称他是自己的“贴心人”;驻军部队官兵称他是大伙儿的“知心人”。为此,王广传也成为当地立足本职岗位实践“三个代表”重要思想的榜样。由于拥军优属工作扎实有效,该县跨进了合肥市“双拥模范县”行列。今年“八一”前夕,王广传也被合肥市评为“关心国防建设好领导”。
