目的:了解住院康复患者在康复锻炼专科方面健康教育的需求程度及其影响因素。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,对2016年8月所有在院的康复住院患者进行横断面调查。结果:在健康教育的内容方面,需求程度得分最高的是出院指导(4.00±1.31)分;56.70%的康复患者希望通过医护讲解示范获得相关健康教育知识。影响健康教育需求总分的主要因素是文化程度。结论:医护人员应了解康复患者的健康教育需求状况,以及不同因素对其需求程度的影响,以便给予康复患者有针对性的、因人而异的健康教育。
Objective: To understand the degree of demand for health education and its influencing factors in rehabilitation training specialty of hospitalized rehabilitation patients. METHODS: A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a cross-sectional survey of all hospitalized in-patient rehabilitation inpatients in August 2016. Results: For the content of health education, the highest score of demand was the discharge guidance (4.00 ± 1.31) points; 56.70% of the patients who recovered were hoping to get relevant health education knowledge through the demonstration of health care. The main factor affecting the total score of health education is the education level. CONCLUSIONS: Health care providers should understand the health education needs of rehabilitated patients and the impact of different factors on their needs, so as to give targeted and personalized health education to rehabilitated patients.
