苯是基本有机化工原料。它可由芳烃脱烷基而制得。目前,国内外已工业化的方法多是采取加氢脱烷基制造纯苯。但是,此法反应温度高,要加压,同时还要耗费大量的氢气。近几年来,许多化学工作者为了克服以上缺点,进行了烷基苯常压水蒸汽脱烷基制苯的研究。所报导的催化剂除贵金属外,还采用镍、铬和稀土等作催化剂。本文对稀土13X分子筛催化剂的制备及其希土总量对甲苯常压非氢脱基制苯进行了初步的研究。实验结果表明,稀土13X分子筛对上述反应具有较好的催化活性。
Benzene is the basic organic chemical raw materials. It can be obtained by dealkylation of aromatic hydrocarbons. At present, most of the industrialized methods at home and abroad are to use pure hydrodealkylation to make pure benzene. However, this method reaction temperature is high, to be pressurized, but also consume a lot of hydrogen. In recent years, many chemical workers in order to overcome the above shortcomings, carried out alkylbenzene atmospheric steam dealkylation of benzene. The catalysts reported include, in addition to noble metals, nickel, chromium and rare earth catalysts. In this paper, the preparation of rare earth 13X zeolite catalyst and its total amount of rare earth toluene non-hydrotreating benzene at atmospheric pressure were initially studied. The experimental results show that rare earth 13X molecular sieve has good catalytic activity for the above reaction.
