自1877年发现卤代烷与烯烃的加成反应以来,先后曾研究过关于酰氯类、关于多卤代烷、不饱和多卤衍生物、氯代醚、环烷烃类的卤衍生物及卤代羧酸的酯类等化合物与烯属烃类或氯代烯类的加成反应,但是,关于氯代杂环化合物与烯烃的加成反应的研究,则还是一个空白的领域。为了合成β-(1-酞嗪异丙基)肼,我们研究了1-氯酞嗪与丙烯的加成反应,以期首先制得β-(1-酞嗪异丙基)氯。由于该反应是属于尚未被探索过的杂环体系的氯代物与不饱和烯属烃类的新型加成反应,所以可以期待该方面之研究工作的某些合成与理论上的意义。
Since the addition reaction of alkyl halides and olefins was discovered in 1877, there have been studied successively acid chlorides, esters of polyhaloalkanes, unsaturated polyhalogen derivatives, chlorinated ethers, halogen derivatives of cycloalkanes and esters of halogenated carboxylic acids However, the research on the addition reaction of chlorinated heterocyclic compounds with olefins is still a blank area. For the synthesis of β- (1-phthalazine isopropyl) hydrazine, we studied the addition reaction of 1-chlorophthalazine with propylene, with the aim of first producing β- (1-phthalazine isopropyl) chloride. Since this reaction is a novel addition reaction of the chlorinated and unsaturated olefinic hydrocarbons belonging to the heterocyclic systems which have not yet been explored, some synthetic and theoretical implications for this aspect of the research work can be expected.
