2011年2月,南方电网公司按照“集团化管理模式、一体化管理制度,加强公司的有效管控能力,明晰各层级管理定位和管理关系,提升公司综合效益”的管理定位,大力推行战略管理,发布了《中国南方电网有限责任公司中长期发展战略》(以下简称为中长期发展战略)。作为南方电网公司的全资子公司,贵州电网公司以中长期发展战略作为统领,迅速开展了一系列的实施对接和落地研究工作。
