证实了两个不同品种的冬小麦根系表面存在着氧化NADH和还原K3Fe(CN)6的氧化还原活力。还原铁氰化物活力在PH5.5到8.5范围内随着pH值升高而增大,温度在15℃到45℃范围内随温度升高还原活力增强,45℃达最高值,55℃时活力急剧下降.阳离子对小麦根还原K3Fe(CN)6活力有促进作用,其顺序为La(3+)>Ca(2+)、Mg(2+)>K+、Na+.陕合6号还原K3Fe(CN)。的Km为0.85mmol/L,V(max)≌166.6nmolg(-1)FW·min(-1);郑引一号还原K3Fe(CN)6的Km值是1.33mmol/L,Vmax≌238.0nmol·g(-1)FW·min(-1)。
It was confirmed that the redox activities of oxidized NADH and reduced K3Fe (CN) 6 existed in the roots of two different varieties of winter wheat.
