2014年5月-2015年1月,我们对鼻咽部肿物6例,采用单根吸痰管牵拉双侧软腭暴露鼻咽部,在70°或90°硬管鼻内镜辅助下行鼻咽部肿物切除术,效果满意。现分析报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况本组6例中,男4例,女2例;年龄15~48岁,平均26岁。病程9个月~4年。其中,鼻咽部囊肿3例,鼻咽部乳头状瘤1例,鼻咽部假性淋巴瘤1例,鼻咽部纤维血管瘤1例;伴有分泌性中耳炎1例,伴有耳鸣、听力减退3例。入组病
