重庆证券监管办事处:你办《关于重庆证券经纪有限责任公司设立证券服务部初审意见的报告》(证监渝办发[2001]43号)及相关材料收悉。经审核,现批复如下:一、同意重庆证券经纪有限责任公司设立重庆中山三路证券营业部龙溪镇华怡路证券服务部和覃家岗天马路证券服务部。二、我会对上述两家证券服务部拟任负责人王跃和杨柳的任职资格无异议。三、请你办按照有关规定对上述两家证券服务部的开业申请进行审批,并将开业批复报我会备案。
