介绍了抽油机改进设计的状况;论述了CYJY12-4.8-73HB型偏置抽油机支架结构改进设计的具体过程;并利用ANSYS分析软件对改进后的支架进行了典型工况的应力及位移有限元分析。在此基础上,对支架进行了刚度、静强度、疲劳强度和稳定性校核计算。结果表明:支架经过改进设计之后,不仅结构趋于合理,安全可靠,而且重量下降了13.50%,对提高抽油机的设计质量降低制造成本都具主要意义。
The condition of improving the design of the pumping unit is introduced. The specific process of the design of the CYJY12-4.8-73HB offset pumping unit support structure is discussed. The stress and displacement of the improved supporter under typical working conditions are analyzed by ANSYS software Finite element analysis. On this basis, the stiffness, static strength, fatigue strength and stability of the bracket were checked and calculated. The results show that after the design of the bracket is improved, the structure is not only reasonable, safe and reliable, but also the weight is reduced by 13.50%. It is of great significance to improve the design quality of the pumping unit and reduce the manufacturing cost.
