本文认为,疲劳破坏的形成与高应力区局部应力应变场状况的严重性有关,因而构件疲劳强度模拟试验的相似条件,应是破坏区的应力场状况相似。并提出了一种T形管接头在轴力(或面内弯曲) 情况下进行疲劳强度模拟试验的模型,通过成组疲劳寿命对比试验,探讨了管接头不同结构参数对其疲劳寿命的影响。
This paper argues that the formation of fatigue failure is related to the severity of the local stress-strain field in the high-stress zone. Therefore, the similar conditions for the simulation of the fatigue strength of the member should be similar to the stress field in the failure zone. The fatigue strength simulation test of T-shaped pipe joint under axial force (or in-plane bending) was put forward. The effect of different structural parameters of pipe joint on its fatigue life was discussed through the comparative test of group fatigue life.
