本文提出“智能”是人对客观现实的反映与反作用的水平,有时称之为“智力”,以人在反映与反作用时的灵敏度正确度完整性与深刻性等来衡量。人的智能具有各种不同的装配组合方式并也可改变,致使人的智能各具特色。本文认为,教育与人事工作者应根据各人智能的最佳组合装配,在育才用寸上促使其智能获得最优的发展与发挥,由于鉴别智能的对象是人,故对鉴别的施用及时其结果的解释都必须采取教育原则与谨慎态度。
This paper proposes that “intelligence” is the level of reaction and reaction of people to the objective reality, sometimes referred to as “intelligence” and measured by the completeness and profoundness of the sensitivity, accuracy, and the like of people in reaction and reaction.
