目的:探讨复方丹参片对急性脑缺血大鼠血管新生因子影响。方法:采用栓线法制备大鼠脑缺血模型。实验分为正常组、假手术组、模型组术、血塞通片组、复方丹参片组五组,术后后正常组、假手术组、模型组术蒸馏水灌胃,血塞通片组予于血塞通片灌胃,复方丹参片组予于复方丹参片灌胃。分别在24h,3天,7天等时间点对以上5组进行神经功能缺损评分,然后断头取脑,TTC染色观察脑梗死面积,免疫组织化学方法观察梗死周围区脑组织VEGF和bFGF蛋白的表达。结果:复方丹参片可明显改善急性脑缺血大鼠的神经功能,缩小梗死面积,显著增加大鼠脑内VEGF和bFGF蛋白的表达,促进急性脑缺血大鼠脑缺血组织侧枝循环的建立。结论:复方丹参片增强急性脑缺血大鼠梗死灶周围血管生长因子的表达,促进了梗死灶周围的血管新生。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Fufang Danshen Tablets on angiogenesis factors of acute cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods: The model of cerebral ischemia in rats was made by plug method. The experiment was divided into five groups: normal group, sham operation group, model group operation, Xuesaitong tablet group, compound Danshen tablet group, normal group, sham operation group and model group after operation, In Xuesaitong gavage, Fufang Danshen Tablet was given to compound Danshen tablets. The neurological deficits were evaluated on the above 5 groups at 24 h, 3 days and 7 days respectively. The brain infarction area was determined by decapitation and TTC staining. The expressions of VEGF and bFGF protein in the brain tissue around the infarcted area were observed by immunohistochemistry expression. Results: Salvia miltiorrhiza tablet can significantly improve the neurological function, reduce infarct size, increase the expression of VEGF and bFGF protein in rat brain and promote the establishment of collateral circulation in acute cerebral ischemia rats . Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza tablet can enhance the expression of vascular growth factor around the infarct in rats with acute cerebral ischemia and promote the angiogenesis around the infarct.
