日本专利:MITSUBISHI 电子公司研制。具有红、蓝、绿像元的彩色阴极的射线管荧光屏。它是用10%余辉时间超过10毫秒的长余辉荧光材料混合物和10%余辉时间低于1毫秒的超短余辉荧光材料混合制成的。构成红绿像元的超短余辉荧光材料分别是:Y_3Al_5O_(12):Ce 和Y_3(Al,Ga)_5O_(12):Ce 中的至少一的。蓝色像元的超短余辉荧光材料是 Y_2SiO_5:Ce。这种阴极射线管可用于光笔,有良好的响应特性和宽的颜色重现范围。
