目的:研究黑鳗藤新苷K对大鼠佐剂性关节炎和同种异体皮肤移植排斥反应的治疗作用。方法:采用完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)诱导大鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)模型观察黑鳗藤新苷K对AA大鼠原发性炎症和继发性病变的治疗作用;采用大鼠同种异体皮肤移植排斥反应模型观察黑鳗藤新苷K对同种异体移植皮片存活时间的延长作用。结果:黑鳗藤新苷K对AA大鼠致炎足肿胀度、侧足肿胀度、尾部结节数及前足红肿程度均有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05,P<0.01或P<0.001),其作用强度与雷公藤多苷相当;黑鳗藤新苷K能明显延长大鼠同种异体移植皮片的存活天数(P<0.05),减少皮肤移植排斥反应。结论:黑鳗藤新苷K能有效防治大鼠佐剂性关节炎的原发性炎症和继发性病变;对大鼠同种异体皮肤移植排斥反应也有一定的治疗作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the therapeutic effects of melitreside K on rat adjuvant arthritis and allogenic skin allograft rejection. METHODS: The rat model of adjuvant arthritis (AA) induced by complete Freund’s adjuvant (CFA) was used to observe the therapeutic effect of melitreside K on primary inflammation and secondary lesions of AA rats; Allograft skin graft rejection model was used to observe the prolongation of the survival time of allograft skin grafts. RESULTS: There was a significant inhibitory effect on the degree of inflammatory swelling, swelling of lateral foot, number of nodule of tail, and swelling of forefoot of AA rats (P<0.05, P<0.01 or P<0.001). The intensity of its action was comparable to that of tripterygium glycosides; black glycosides neomycin glycoside K significantly prolonged the survival days of rat allograft skin grafts (P<0.05), and reduced skin graft rejection. Conclusion: The glycoside K can effectively prevent primary inflammation and secondary pathological changes of adjuvant arthritis in rats. It also has a certain therapeutic effect on allogeneic skin allograft rejection in rats.
