民主与宪政既是政治上所一直讨论的话题,也是法律理论中不可忽视的部分。关于两者的关系,历来一直是政治家和法律家们争议的焦点。本文从民主与宪政的概念谈起,客观、理性的看待两者之间的联系。通过阐述两者之间的辩证关系,证明了民主与宪政是对立统一的。应当正确对待民主与宪政,使得民主与宪政相互推动,构建更好的社会制度。
Democracy and constitutionalism are both topics that have been discussed in politics for a long time and are also an indispensable part of legal theory. The relationship between the two has always been the focus of controversy between politicians and lawyers. This article starts from the concept of democracy and constitutional government, and treats the relationship between the two objectively and rationally. By elaborating the dialectical relationship between the two, it is proved that democracy and constitutional government are opposite opposites. Democracy and constitutional government should be treated correctly, so that democracy and constitutional government should promote each other and build a better social system.
