世纪交替之年,中央和省委相继专门召开党校工作会议,分别作出了《中共中央关于面向21世纪加强和改进党校工作的决定》和《中共河北省委贯彻落实〈中共中央关于面向21世纪加强和改进党校工作的决定〉的意见》,这两个文件为新世纪的党校工作提供了强有力的政策依据和理论指导。为贯彻全国、全省党校工作会议精神,安排部署我市党校工作,市委召开这次全市党校工作会议,并下发了《中共石家庄市委关于进一步加强和改进党校工作的实施意见》,为我市党校工作的开展提出了明确的指导思想和更加具体的措施。市委政策已经确定,关键在于落实。下面,我代表市委党校校委就如何贯彻落实这次会议精神讲几点意见。

In order to carry out the spirit of the national and provincial party school working conference, arrange the deployment of the party school in our city, the municipal party committee held the meeting of the party school in the city and issued the Opinions on the Implementation of Further Strengthening and Improving the Work of the Party School in Shijiazhuang City CPC Committee, The work of the party school put forward a clear guiding principle and more concrete measures. Municipal policy has been established, the key lies in the implementation. Now, on behalf of the municipal party committee and school committee, I will make a few comments on how to implement the spirit of the meeting.
