对不少中国学生而言,有些英语搭配看似简单,却一用便错。究其原因,有时是母语干扰(mother tongue interference),有时是不求甚解。要把英语搭配用得精准,可在以下两方面下些功夫:第一、扩大语篇水平上的阅读量。好的阅读材料都是精选出来的文章,其中精彩的遣词造句都可成为学习的典范。第二、多参加一些中英语言、文化、思维方式等方面对比的选修课或系列讲座,培养语感。只有留心观察、多多实践、勤于总结,才能有从量变到质变的飞跃。
For many Chinese students, some English collocation may seem simple, but they are used incorrectly. The reason for this is sometimes mother tongue interference, which is sometimes not desirable. To use English with precision, you can work hard in the following two areas: First, to expand the reading level of discourse. Good reading materials are selected articles, of which wonderful words and sentences can become a model for learning. Second, take part in some elective courses or series of lectures in the aspects of Chinese, English language, culture, ways of thinking and so on, and cultivate the sense of language. Only observe carefully, a lot of practice, diligent in summing up, in order to change from quantitative change to qualitative leap.
