本研究针对YM-300SV焊机,利用FANUCS-5机器人作为运动控制载体,进行CO2气体保护焊实验.针对焊接电流、电弧电压、焊接速度和保护气流量及成分这四种工艺参数对焊缝质量的影响展开研究,获得一套当焊丝直径为Φ1.2mm时,适用于2~3mm的A3钢材的焊接工艺参数.
In this study, YM-300SV welder, the use of FANUCS-5 robot as a motion vector, CO2 gas shielded welding experiments. Aiming at the influence of welding current, arc voltage, welding speed, shielding gas flow and composition on the quality of weld, the author obtained a set of tests for A3 steel with 2 ~ 3mm diameter when the wire diameter is Φ1.2mm Welding process parameters.
