1993年12月22—23日,中国地质矿产经济研究院在北京燕郊组织召开了“地质环境经济与地质灾害经济专家研讨会”。参加会议的有地质矿产部、水利部、国家环保局、中国地质科学院以及清华大学、北京师范大学、北京经济学院等单位从事资源、环境、经济研究的专家25人。会议研讨的议题是:地质环境经济与地质灾害经济的理论基础与发展方向;组织编写《地质环境与地质灾害经济学》。中国地质矿产经济研究院副院长赵成功主持会议,并对“地质环境经济与地质灾害经济研究现状及发展”作了报告。中国地质灾害经济研究会秘书长张梁,介绍了编写《地质环境与地质灾害经济学》的准备情况和提纲草案。与会专家围绕地质环境经济与地质灾害经济学的学科地位、理论、方法以及专著的指导思想、内容结构等进行了广泛而又热烈的讨论。清华大学张兰生教授、北京师范大学史培军教授还根据自己的研究成果作了专题报告。
December 22-23, 1993, China Academy of Geology and Mineral Resources Economic Research organized a seminar on “Economic experts in geological environment economic and geological disasters” in Yanjiao, Beijing. There were 25 experts engaged in resource, environmental and economic research from the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Water Resources, the State Environmental Protection Administration, the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences and Tsinghua University, Beijing Normal University and Beijing Institute of Economics. The topics for discussion at the conference are: the theoretical basis and development direction of the economy of geological environment and the economy of geological disasters; and the compilation of “Economics of Geological Environment and Geological Hazards”. Zhao Chenggong, vice president of China Institute of Geology and Mineral Resources, presided over the meeting and made a report on the status quo and development of the economic research on geo-environmental economic and geological disasters. Zhang Liang, secretary general of China Institute of Geological Hazardous Economy, introduced the preparation and the outline of the outline for compiling the “Economics of Geological Environment and Geological Hazards”. The participating experts conducted extensive and enthusiastic discussions around the disciplinary status of geo-environmental economics and geohazard economics, theories and methods, guiding ideology and content structure of monographs. Professor Zhang Lansheng of Tsinghua University and Professor Shi Peijun of Beijing Normal University also made special reports according to their own research results.
