施工企业是专门从事建筑、安装工程的生产经营性企业,随着社会主义市场经济的进一步发展完善,施工企业竞争日趋激烈,企业内部的管理体制、运行方式及核算体系也发生了深刻的变化,很多施工企业面临着营利能力和调控能力差、财务管理水平低、经营状况不佳等诸多问题。鉴于此,本文对施工企业管理中财务管理的重要性进行了探讨。
