目的:通过对某洗煤厂职业病危害因素的识别与分析,确定其职业病危害的关键控制点。方法:采用职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、查阅劳动者职业健康监护和职业卫生管理档案等,对企业作业场所的职业病危害现状进行分析评价。结果:某洗煤厂主要存在的职业病危害因素为粉尘、毒物、噪声、全身振动、高温、紫外线、工频电场、电离辐射。煤尘合格率为85.71%;接触噪声岗位合格率为78.57%;振动岗位合格率为84.62%;化学毒物、工频电场、电离辐射合格率均为100%。结论:该洗煤厂存在的职业病危害关键控制点为生产运输过程中煤尘作业岗位;各种机器产生噪声岗位;接触振动岗位;电离辐射作业岗位。
OBJECTIVE: To identify and analyze the hazards of occupational diseases in a coal washing plant to determine the key control points of occupational hazards. Methods: The occupational disease endangerment in the workplace of the enterprise was analyzed and appraised by occupational health field survey, detection of occupational hazards, inspection of occupational health monitoring and occupational health management files. Results: The major hazards of occupational diseases in a coal preparation plant are dust, poison, noise, whole body vibration, high temperature, ultraviolet radiation, industrial frequency electric field and ionizing radiation. The passing rate of coal dust is 85.71%; the passing rate of contact noise posts is 78.57%; the passing rate of vibration posts is 84.62%; the passing rates of chemical poisons, power frequency electric fields and ionizing radiation are both 100%. Conclusion: The key control point of occupational hazards in the coal washing plant is coal dust production and transportation; various machines generate noise; exposure to vibration; and ionizing radiation.
