建立了利用液相色谱与电感耦合等离子体质谱联用技术测定Cr(Ⅵ)的方法。通过选择离子监测、四元泵泵速与峰值信息的比较等方法,对Cr(Ⅵ)的提取条件和仪器参数进行了优化,并对不同检测方法的结果进行了比较。以0.05 mol/L NH_4NO_3作为流动相,采用添加回收的方法,计算方法的回收率和精密度,回收率89.1%~90.7%,RSD为0.83%~2.2%,检出限5μg/kg。与传统方法相比,本方法检测结果不受样品褪色影响,适用于当前法规对皮革制品中Cr(Ⅵ)的限制要求。
A method for the determination of Cr (Ⅵ) by liquid chromatography and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established. The extraction conditions and instrument parameters of Cr (Ⅵ) were optimized by the methods of selective ion monitoring, quaternary pump speed and peak information, and the results of different detection methods were compared. The recoveries and precision of the method were calculated by adding and recovering method with 0.05 mol / L NH_4NO_3 as mobile phase. The recoveries ranged from 89.1% to 90.7% with RSD of 0.83% to 2.2% with the detection limit of 5 μg / kg. Compared with the traditional method, the test result of this method is not affected by the fade of the sample, and is suitable for the current regulatory requirements for Cr (Ⅵ) in leather products.
