目的:探讨脑出血患者术后血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平与颅内感染的关系。方法:抽取2017年1月至2019年12月河南科技大学附属许昌市中心医院完成手术治疗及术后随访的28例脑出血术后颅内感染患者作为感染组;选择同期完成治疗与随访的未并发颅内感染的58例脑出血患者作为未感染组;另选择同期本院体检中心50例健康体检者为对照组。检测并比较三组受检者血清MMP-9、TGF-β1水平;分析脑出血患者术后血清MMP-9、TGF-β1水平之间的相关性,分析二者对颅内感染的影响。结果:感染组、未感染组血清MMP-9水平高于对照组,TGF-β1水平低于对照组;且感染组血清MMP-9水平高于未感染组,TGF-β1水平低于未感染组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。经双变量Pearson直线相关性检验结果显示,脑出血患者术后血清MMP-9与TGF-β1水平呈负相关(n r<0,n P1,n P<0.05)。n 结论:脑出血患者术后血清MMP-9过表达、TGF-β1低表达可能提示颅内感染高风险,临床可动态监测脑出血患者术后血清MMP-9与TGF-β1水平,以预测颅内感染风险,及早做出干预,减少感染发生。“,”Objective:To investigate the relationship between postoperative serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) levels and intracranial infection in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Twenty-eight patients with intracranial infection after cerebral hemorrhage who completed surgical treatment from January 2017 to December 2019 and postoperative follow-up were taken as the infection group; 58 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage without intracranial infection who completed treatment and follow-up in the same period were selected as non infection group; 50 healthy controls in the physical examination center of the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The serum MMP-9 and TGF-β1 levels of the three groups were detected and compared; the correlation between postoperative serum MMP-9 and TGF-β1 levels in patients with cerebral hemorrhage was analyzed, and the influence of the two on intracranial infection was analyzed.Results:The level of serum MMP-9 in infection group and uninfected group was higher than that in control group, and the level of TGF-β1 was lower than that in control group; the level of serum MMP-9 in infection group was higher than that in uninfected group, and the level of TGF-β1 in infection group was lower than that in infected group (n P<0.05); bivariate Pearson linear correlation test results showed that postoperative serum MMP-9 was negatively correlated with TGF-β1 in patients with cerebral hemorrhage (n r<0,n P1,n P<0.05).n Conclusions:The overexpression of MMP-9 and the low expression of TGF - β1 may indicate high risk of intracranial infection in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. The serum levels of MMP-9 and TGF - β1 in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after operation can be dynamically monitored to predict the risk of intracranial infection and make early intervention to reduce the incidence of infection.
