X 线透视、子宫镜检查和超声回波描记术常用于诊断置宫内节育器(IUD)后的并发症。X 线透视产生一定的电离辐射剂量,子宫镜检查需全身麻醉,超声回波描记术则无这些缺点,且对IUD 定位具有高度精确性。本文报告用超声回波描记术对置不同IUD 妇女的并发症的诊断结果。对人工流产后40~42天置入IUD 的101例18~38岁妇女在膀胱充盈时作纵向、横向和斜向超声回波扫描检查。为排除子宫内膜的回波信号,检查于月经后的头几天进行。受试妇女分为三组:第一组为46例置MLCu375 IUD 妇女;第二组为30例置Ginetik TCu220 IUD 妇女;第三组为25例置蛇
X-ray, hysteroscopy, and echography are commonly used to diagnose complications after IUD insertion. X-ray radiography produces a dose of ionizing radiation, general anesthesia is required for hysteroscopy, echocardiography does not have these shortcomings, and high accuracy for IUD localization. This article reports the diagnosis of complications in women with different IUDs using echography. 101 cases of 18-38 years old women who had been placed in IUD 40-42 days after induced abortion were examined longitudinally, transversely and obliquely by echo echocardiography while filling the bladder.
