随着社会的发展,人们对各种物品的要求不断地提高,在这种情况下,使用有效的管理方式对生产过程进行管理具有重要的意义。而在当前阶段中,PDM系统被进行了广泛的应用,其中的项目管理使得生产出的产品能够更好地满足人们的要求。因此,为了使企业更好的对PDM系统中的项目管理进行了解,本文就对PDM系统中的项目管理进行了研究。
With the development of society, people constantly improve the requirements of various items. In this case, it is of great significance to use effective management methods to manage the production process. In the current phase, the PDM system has been widely used, of which the project management makes the production of products to better meet people’s requirements. Therefore, in order to enable enterprises to better understand the project management in the PDM system, this paper studies the project management in the PDM system.
